Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable product demos and answer any questions regarding features and benefits.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Maintain an understanding of retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
