Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Salon Coordinator & Nail Technician. This unique position requires a polished, customer-focused professional who excels at both front-of-house reception duties and delivering high-quality nail services. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about beauty and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House (Salon Coordinator) — 40%

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage the salon schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
• Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide information on salon services.
• Process transactions, including payments and gift card sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with retail product recommendations and sales.

Nail Technician — 60%

• Provide a full range of nail services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, and nail art.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained according to state board regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by understanding client preferences and exceeding expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.

Qualifications

• A valid state license in Nail Technology, Cosmetology or Esthetics.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with salon scheduling software or ability to learn quickly.
• Passionate about delivering luxury service and attention to detail.
