About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our wholesale and direct customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, managing warranty requests, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create a seamless experience that reflects BUFF®’s brand values.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely responses via phone and digital channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proactive communication regarding stock updates, substitutions, and order releases.
- Activate new dealer accounts and maintain regular contact with Outside Sales Reps and Retailers through monthly call programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks supporting customer service and sales operations.
- Utilize company systems to track, enter, and manage order information accurately.
- Communicate BUFF®’s product offerings with enthusiasm, sharing updates and promotions with customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product and sales, to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with customer service platforms (JD Edwards, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Adyen, ZenDesk, or Elastic are assets).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-player mentality with a positive and proactive approach.
- French language skills are an asset but not required.
