Responsibilities

- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
- Implement crisis management strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies.
- Educate clients and families about available resources, services, and coping strategies.
- Work with child protective services to safeguard the welfare of children in need.
- Engage with students in educational settings to address behavioral health concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and case management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with children, families, or individuals in crisis situations.
- Knowledge of child welfare policies and special education resources is preferred.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and behavioral health counseling.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
