What You’ll Do:
Deliver Wow, Wonder & Welcome
- Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners — and make that first impression unforgettable.
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued through kind, prompt, and professional communication.
- Create positive, lasting memories that reflect empathy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Coordinate Stunning Events
- Manage all aspects of weddings and private events — from initial inquiry to day-of execution and breakdown.
- Lead venue tours, consult with clients, and plan every detail of their dream event.
- Actively drive sales and meet weekly, monthly, and annual event revenue goals.
- Use Bookings software and shared calendars to manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Support fundraising and public events as needed.
- Promote and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all interactions and operations.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning or event coordination (nonprofit experience a plus).
Skills & Traits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of initiative, organization, and enthusiasm.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
