Job Description :
Buffalo Car Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive protection and reconditioning services. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a background in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Sales : Engage in sales activities, promoting our XPEL paint protection film, ceramic coatings, window tint, and detailing / reconditioning services to customers. Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service : Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Financial Management : Monitor and manage budgetary goals, track financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
- Staff Development : Foster a positive work environment, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Automotive Expertise : Leverage automotive industry knowledge to make informed decisions, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the enhancement of service offerings.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
