Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

At Buffalo Center, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our RN Unit Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a strong background in nursing care. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising assigned staff members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Mentoring less-experienced nurses and providing clinical and career guidance
• Developing and implementing employee policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
• Reviewing patient records and monitoring the quality of care provided
• Representing the unit's interests with upper-level management

Requirements

• Valid State RN License
• 3 years of Long Term Care Experience
• 2 years of Charge Nurse experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
