Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
- Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Assisting Residents with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In good standing with State Registry
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
