Responsibilities:
- Track and manage open wounds in the facility.
- Complete admission paperwork and document resident care services.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to residents and their families.
- Administer medication and treatments, as well as monitor residents' progress.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Requirements:
- CURRENT NYS STATE RN LICENSE
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must be wound and ostomy-certified
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
