Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated person for part-time cleaning at our BUFFALO COIN LAUNDRY location. The ideal candidate will be very responsible, present a clean image, be able to work independently and live in the Buffalo area. Must be detailed and know what "clean" is. The usual shift is two rotating weekday evening shifts for 2 hours each, plus 8 hours total every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (16 hours total every two weeks). Some flexibility on shift times is possible.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize and detail washers, dryers and other equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time-frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety precautions is preferred.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
