Responsibilities:

As part of the Delta Sonic team, this position will be responsible for but not limited to: ensuring timely processing of payroll for all locations, reviewing team member hours for accuracy, processing team member position, status, location, and address changes, verifying new hire data in the UKG payroll system, distributing pay checks to appropriate parties, processing pay changes and inputs such as raises or bonuses, and processing verifications, vacation, direct deposit, and other various miscellaneous tasks for the Payroll Department. Flexible availability required to work occasional weekend days and holidays. The pay for this position will be $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be available to work 3 days a week
• Prior experience working independently processing payroll
• Working knowledge of payroll processing and familiarity with Department of Labor and IRS regulations (as they pertain to payroll) is required
• Experience with UKG preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy to meet weekly payroll deadlines
• Task driven with superior organizational skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Must be able to grasp new processes quickly, troubleshoot issues and problem solve
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
