We are looking for an exceptional individual who is excited to grow with our expanding company and help us continue to reach and serve new pet parents and their pets!

You will meet lots of dogs and puppies (and cats!) and their caring owners, work with a large and talented team of compassionate and warm pet care professionals, have the opportunity for professional development and training, and champion a local small business that is serving busy pet parents. You will work independently and frequently interact with our team and the pet parents we serve.

You will provide pet care services, meet new clients with their pets and introduce our team members to new pets, train and communicate with staff members, fill in for staff emergencies/help find coverage, and communicate with clients.

A background in staff training, the pet care industry, & customer service management are a huge plus.

Candidate must have smart phone (and ability to use our apps), driver's license, and have unrestricted access to a properly maintained and running vehicle.

10-30 hrs/week, typically working during the hours of Monday through Friday 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm. Business is currently in a growth phase and expect position to grow in hours from 10/15 hours per week now to 25 in the fall. Opportunities to grow with a multi-location, growing company. Owner of the business is passionate about growth and developement of employees.

Please be flexible as the hours may vary from time to time as well as be required to work the occasional weekend or holiday.
