For this position, you must have excellent time management, cleanliness and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet our standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure all food is prepared and cooked to quality standards.
- Smoke all meats properly and consistently.
- Check all customer cooking orders and have cooked in a timely fashion. Have line stocked with all food products.
- Receive all incoming merchandise, check quality and quantity and store in its proper place.
- Communicate with coworkers to keep line stocked and for special needs.
- Make sure all cooked and uncooked products are rotated correctly.
- Keep kitchen area clean at all times.
- Communicate with management with any problem that might occur.
- Preform any other work-related duties specified by management.
- Present a professional appearance and proper language when addressing others.
