What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Chef position at Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center?
Evening Shift: 11:30am – 8:30pm
Schedule:
6 days in a 2 week period, including every other weekend
Rate:
$21/hour
Plus $1/hour Evening shift differential and $1/hr weekend shift differential
Job Description:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Prepping and cooking food for residents
- Knowing the different therapeutic diets and textures our residents need
- Serving evening meal to residents
- Cleaning dishes, pans, food prep containers that are used in food prep
- Closing up kitchen at the end of shift
