We are currently looking for Houseperson to join our Housekeeping Team! Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nearest Universal Orlando, where we’re committed to providing a clean and safe environment for everyone. Our hotel has 184 rooms, including some suites. Our guests enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and Universal CityWalk™ . Just a few minutes off International Drive (I-Drive), we are close to the best shopping, restaurants and entertainment Orlando has to offer. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
The Houseperson is responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel.
- Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
- Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
- Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
- Hotel Experience a plus
- Excellent Customer Service
- Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)
- Hotel brand Experience a plus
