We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Team! Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nearest Universal Orlando, where we’re committed to providing a clean and safe environment for everyone. Our hotel has 184 rooms, including some suites. Our guests enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and Universal CityWalk™ . Just a few minutes off International Drive (I-Drive), we are close to the best shopping, restaurants and entertainment Orlando has to offer. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.
Role:
- Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
- Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
- Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
- Requirements to work weekends and holidays. We have Full Time and Part Time positions
- Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour.

What You Bring:
Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality.
