Responsibilities:
This position serves as a work-up technician in the medical office setting. Responsibilities include:
- Patient education
- Recording patient history
- Obtaining chief complaints
- Performing visual acuity
- Lensometry
- Tonometry
- Visual fields
- Pupil assessment
- Refraction
- Administering dilation and anesthetic drops
Requirements:
- Ophthalmic technician experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and physicians
- High positive energy a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
