Job Summary :
We are seeking an organized, driven, and adaptable Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will sell safety products, corporate apparel, workwear, and promotional products to businesses, with a primary focus on the construction and related industries. Your primary responsibility will be new customer acquisition, supported by warm leads through our new partnership with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Mississippi.
If you have ever worked, or know someone who has worked in this industry, you understand how challenging it is to sell. Every business is a potential customer, but all of our competitors offer the same products at a similar price. We have created a competitive advantage we believe will give our company the ability to grow at a rapid pace. In turn, your sales have the potential to grow at a rapid pace. However, many customers will not meet the requirements needed to receive our exclusive benefits. This means you will have to fight for new customers and execute to keep them.
You will be expected to cold call, set appointments, and close deals constantly. If you are willing to dedicate the time and give the effort (that most are not willing to give), you will reap the rewards.
Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop relationships with businesses in the Memphis, TN and surrounding areas, focusing on the construction industry.
- Generate new leads and leverage warm leads provided through the ABC partnership.
