- To provide direction and oversight in order to ensure a courteous, accurate, and efficient Table Games experience for guests on assigned shift.
- Enforce table games and casino policies and procedures.
- Monitor games to ensure house rules are followed by guests and dealers.
- Coach and train dealers on proper policy and procedures.
- Monitor and report player win/loss.
