Description
Position Purpose
This position will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of products, and maintaining warehouse safety.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations.
· Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse clerk.
· Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
· Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
· Monitoring warehouse clerk to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
· Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
· Ensuring that all items received and stored meet quality standards.
· Receive shipments of goods and transport them into warehouse or secured storage area.
· Ensuring that all items received and stored meet quality standards.
· Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Education/Qualifications
· Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 2-year previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or receiving.
· At least 2 years of supervisor experience.
· Must be at least 18.
· Requires a valid U.S. Drivers License.
Licensing
· Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Requirements
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Requires knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations and requirements governing casino internal controls. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
