Server Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at Buffalo Services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Cash handling, including making change and counting cash drawers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the register area and surrounding spaces.
- Stocking and replenishing fountain drinks, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
- Ensuring the restrooms, trash cans, tables, and front of house areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Serving food from hot food wells and maintaining a safe and healthy food environment.
- Accepting phone and online orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail when handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the restaurant.
