SCHEDULE: Day Shift SALARY: D.O.E.
SITE MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees all team leaders, giving encouragement and assistance as needed
- Meets with State Agencies providing them with information determined by their provider contracts.
- Acts as a mediator in situations where conflict cannot be resolved without assistance.
- Schedules and conducts regular team leader meetings, documenting information gathered.
- Is knowledgeable of and adheres to the State and Federal mandates with regard to confidentiality.
- Adheres to Tennessee Code of Ethics and Buffalo Valley policies and procedures.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other clinical and support staff.
- Communicates well with staff and clients documenting the needs of both in writing as needed.
- Provides up to date Job Descriptions and Evaluations for Personnel Files
- Documents Status Changes when a staff member changes positions as well as hiring and letting staff go as needed.
- Attends Monthly Board Meetings and other meetings that may occur without much notice
SITE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, Required
- High School Diploma or GED, Required
- One to Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Pass Background Check and Drug Screen required
- Keeps a current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid TN D.L. with "F" endorsement required; "F" endorsement can be obtained once hired
- Skilled in timely and professional information management, demonstrating strong organization skills.
- Commitment to keeping skills current with on-going educations track participation annually.
- Dedicated to the compliance with Buffalo Valley, Inc. standards of care.
- Ability to work with the chemically dependent population in an empathetic, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Flexibility in days and hours available for work, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer skills. Ability to type 30 wpm. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and Electronic Health Record software
SITE MANAGER - SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises all employees in the facility they have been assigned
- Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
