We need someone who is very reliable and has tons of hustle, This is a great paying position with the ability to also pick up additional shift(s) throughout the week as well. The hours are 10:45a - 5 with sometimes sticking around until 6 as a need. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash register duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Provide excellent hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and retail math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours such as nightclub events or banquets.
• Food handling certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain it is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
