Summary
As a Greeter at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Located in a lively environment, this role is crucial in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued as they enter our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with seating options.
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate guest flow and service needs.
- Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about promotions or events happening at the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is beneficial but not required.
- Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
