RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our franchise locations within your designated region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across all franchise locations.
• Recruiting, training, and developing talented Restaurant Mangers, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implementing company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conducting regular visits and audits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Implementing effective marketing initiatives and promotional strategies in collaboration with the franchise marketing team to drive sales and market share.

QUALIFICAITONS:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful Multi-Unit Manager or similar leadership role within a franchise restaurant environment.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial, P&L management, and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with franchise owners, managers, and team members.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and profitability.
• Flexibility to travel within your region.
