What You’ll Do:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and happy customers.
- Support the Manager in training and supervising team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a smile.
- Help maintain our high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Participate in inventory management and cost control.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have prior experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow all owner’s guidelines and procedures strictly—no compromises!
- Must be able to pass a background check drug test and credit check.
- A passion for great food, exceptional service, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
