Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with extensive expertise in women’s athletic apparel to join our team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of fit, quality, and performance.
Essential Responsibilities
- Creative Product Development : Design and develop innovative athletic apparel collections aligned with brand vision.
- Project Management : Track and manage design projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
- Technical Illustration & Tech Packs : Create detailed technical sketches and comprehensive tech packs for manufacturers.
- Manufacturer Communication : Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of designs, fit, and materials.
- Brand Standards & Quality Control : Maintain consistency in fit, function, and aesthetic while ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Fit & Performance Testing : Conduct daily fit sessions on live models and provide efficient feedback to improve product fit and functionality.
- Material & Color Development : Approve lab dips, color swatches, and fabric selections to maintain brand consistency.
- Deadline Management : Adhere to strict production timelines and proactively resolve any delays or challenges.
