We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and fast-paced Social Media Manager to take the reins of our growing social presence. This is a high-pressure, high-impact role, perfect for someone with expertise in content creation, influencer collaborations, social growth strategies, and community engagement.
About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to produce engaging and innovative content that resonates with both our loyal community and new customers.
You will also oversee our Community Manager and engagement strategies, ensuring we maintain authentic, real-time interactions with our audience. This role demands a strong leader who understands our brand voice, is data-driven, and knows how to push boundaries creatively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven strategies to grow engagement and reach across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
- Align content with brand storytelling, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Continuously test and optimize content formats, posting schedules, and engagement tactics to maximize reach andconversions.
- Identify trends, viral moments, and innovative ways to insert Buffbunny Collection into the cultural conversation.
2. Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Partner closely with the Creative Director, graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to bring the brand’s vision to life.
- Be hands-on in content creation, including concepting, filming, and editing social-first content when needed.
- Ensure all content is authentic, high-quality, and aligned with Buffbunny’s voice and brand aesthetic.
- Work with models, influencers, and brand ambassadors to develop compelling content that speaks to our audience.
3. Community Engagement & Growth
- Oversee and mentor the Community Manager, ensuring all social channels maintain high engagement and real-time responses.
- Foster a strong, engaged community by actively interacting with followers, responding to comments, and building relationships.
- Monitor and moderate Discord discussions, ensuring it remains a valuable space for brand fans and affiliates.
- Develop creative engagement campaigns (polls, Q&As, live sessions, challenges) to increase interaction and brand loyalty.
4. Influencer & Affiliate Integration
- Strategically incorporate affiliates, influencers, and athletes into social content, ensuring their participation feels natural and impactful.
- Partner with the Affiliate Manager to maximize influencer-led content for social growth and sales conversions.
- Build relationships with new and existing content creators who align with the brand’s mission.
5. Social Media Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Use performance insights to optimize strategies, test new content formats, and improve results.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends to keep Buffbunny ahead of the competition.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years experience leading high-performing social media accounts.
- Proven experience growing brand engagement, community reach, and driving conversions.
- Strong content creation skills, including basic video editing, scripting, and copywriting.
- Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord engagement strategies.
- Experience working with influencers, affiliates, and user-generated content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to collaborate across creative, marketing, and influencer teams.
- Knowledge of social media trends, pop culture, and viral marketing tactics.
- A deep understanding of Buffbunny’s brand voice, and mission.

Pay: $66,029.00 - $80,000.00 per year
