Duties
- Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services to businesses within your territory.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales roles, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with territory sales strategies and collaboration sales techniques.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
