What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mosquito Control Applicator (Seasonal) position at Bug Commander Pest Solutions?
Job Description: Work in teams of two (and occasionally solo) to apply mosquito control products on properties throughout central Minnesota.
Experience: No previous experience required.
Required qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, be able to carry a backpack spray applicator of up to 60 pounds over various terrain, and obtain the category A and category L licenses through the MDA. Bug Commander will provide study materials and schedule the test for the category A and L licenses. Serious driving violations may impact the opportunity to be hired.
Personal Characteristics: Great attitude, friendly, punctual, team player, proactive, organized, coachable, and professional.
Availability: Part time and full time positions available. Monday – Friday, May – August/September. Weather can impact the schedule.
Compensation: $18 per hour starting
