JOB SUMMARY: Bug Tussel is an internet service provider and authorized AT&T dealer, meaning you will have access to a variety of services to meet your customers’ needs including internet, cellular, TV and phone. The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is a direct sales role.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: • Work independently – manage your territory as you would a small business. • Use your exceptional time management and sales skills to plan your daily route and to canvas your territory, as well as make sales at private residents and small businesses. • Represent Bug Tussel at local community and chamber events to build awareness. • Be comfortable using and assisting others with technology. Training is provided on specific hardware and software. You will need to be tech savvy enough to help those who aren’t.
IN RETURN YOU RECEIVE: • Base salary with commission. SCHEDULE: • 40-hour work week
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Frequently spends time driving company vehicles, standing, walking, and sitting, working in an office environment multitasking computer, phone, and paperwork, conducting cold canvasing to public business and private residences. • Occasionally moves equipment weighing up to 40 pounds across the office, into and out of a vehicle, and to various locations as needed.
EXPERIENCE: • Business development: 1 year (preferred) • Sales: 1 year (preferred) • Clean driving record required
