We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial clients. This position requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest problems and determine the appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to assist in pest management tasks.
- Provide clients with information on pest prevention techniques and landscape maintenance to minimize future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of landscape management, lawn care, and pest control methods.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery relevant to pest control tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Sales skills are a plus for promoting additional services or products to customers.
- Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying pest issues.
- Valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
