Examples of what you'll do ...
Talk to our customers about any of our services [pest control, lawn, termite, etc.]
Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc.
What we are looking for ...
2 years of relevant work experience
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent phone manner - able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
Eager to learn and grow

Starting pay is $17 per hour
