What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Bugworks Pest Control Co.?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enter customer information and transactions accurately into the database
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Available Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is beneficial
- Experience with outbound calls
