What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Associate position at Buie Wealth Management Group?
As a Client Associate at Buie Wealth Management Group, Inc. (BWMG), we expect you to provide exceptional client service, efficiently support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients and other professionals, including attorneys and CPA’s, and provide administrative support for the business. You will interact with and service the needs of our clients to ensure organized operations and recordkeeping functions are properly maintained.
Major Duties:
- Assist Financial Advisors (FAs) with client account opening and maintenance.
- Tracking Service Request and Action Items through our technology platform.
- Maintaining a Client Service Model by scheduling and confirming meetings.
- Preparing, forwarding, and processing forms necessary to complete these tasks.
- Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
- Prepare, send, follow up and process forms and other operational functions as requested.
- Provide service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including, but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity, etc.
- Provide marketing assistance as needed including, compliance approvals, client mail/email and client events.
- Working with other professionals, such as attorneys and CPA’s, on behalf of BWMG clients
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills via in person, conference / Zoom calls, instant messenger, phone, email, etc.
- Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives.
- Organizational skills to ensure operational efficiencies and appropriate documentation.
- Technology skills - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and activities on a routine basis with minimal supervision.
- Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.
