Responsibilities:
- Implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source and screen candidates
- Manage the interview process, assessments, and pre-hire screening
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Create a positive candidate experience
- Represent the brand and lead efforts to organize and/or participate in hiring events
- Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to the recruiting team
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s employment brand, highlighting Build-A-Bear as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Skilled at leveraging social media platforms, job boards, and career sites
- Proficient in using assessment and scheduling tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
