The Financial Analyst II will provide critical financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support Build-A-Bears financial planning and decision-making processes. This role ensures financial health and operational efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Budgets and forecasting
- Variance analysis and solutions
- Business reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on identified KPIs
- Long range forecasting and ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years financial business experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- Expert Excel user
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Basic understanding of financial systems and data
