We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including building decks, patio covers, awnings, concrete formwork, fences, and more. The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience, a passion for carpentry and labor work, and be fluent in Spanish. Familiarity with masonry work is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble structures such as decks, patio covers, awnings, and fences.
- Perform concrete formwork tasks.
- Assist in masonry work as needed.
- Operate and maintain various construction tools and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Follow project plans and blueprints accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience in carpentry and construction.
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
