Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence matters
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials
- Advise clients on legal strategies and options to achieve the best outcomes
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service
- Contribute to the firm's overall success and growth through teamwork and collaboration
About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate attorney with a strong background in family law and a desire to make a difference in clients' lives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have exceptional communication skills, and take pride in providing client-focused representation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of two years of experience handling family law cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
