About You:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team at Price & Price. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to attorneys and staff, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, schedule appointments, and ensure client inquiries are handled professionally and promptly
• Calendar Management: Schedule and manage attorney and support staff calendars, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are coordinated efficiently
• Mail Handling: Manage ingoing and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and proper documentation
• Office Inventory: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Case Management: Assist with case file organization, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case-related databases
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
