Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their case
- Oversee case management through all stages of litigation, including intake, medical record review, investigation, and settlement
- Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and legal experts to ensure accurate case development
- Prepare and review demand packages and negotiate settlements
- Manage case expenses, liens, and disbursements to maximize client compensation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, legal standards, and case deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury firm
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management software
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with legal procedures
- Competitive salary $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
