About You:
You’re a driven, detail-oriented attorney passionate about helping others and skilled at clear, compassionate communication. You’re confident in client interactions, document drafting, navigating the court system, and meeting deadlines. You thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment, welcome feedback, and are eager to grow within a process-driven firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estate administration matters from start to finish, including client consultations and ongoing communication.
- Present the firm’s services and value proposition to clients with confidence.
- Draft and review legal documents in collaboration with paralegals.
- Attend client meetings, court appearances, and engage professionally with judges, clerks, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain organized case files and adhere to internal procedures and timelines.
- Track time and manage billables efficiently.
- 2–5 years of experience in estate administration, probate, or elder law.
- Excited to contribute to and grow within an established team.
- Strong client communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with practice and case management tools. Experience with any of these is a plus: Clio Manage, Clio Grow, Clio Draft, Trello, Office Suite (PC), Westlaw, Slack, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to process-driven systems.
- Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 (based on experience and location)
