About Us:
Waters Law, PLLC is a boutique firm with a laser focus on estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships/guardianships, and elder law, including Medicaid/TennCare planning. We believe in clear, prompt communication, and a client service approach rooted in empathy, responsiveness, and clarity. About You:
You’re a driven, detail-oriented attorney passionate about helping others and skilled at clear, compassionate communication. You thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment, welcome feedback, and are eager to grow within a process-driven firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead estate administration matters from start to finish, including client consultations and ongoing communication.
  • Present the firm’s services and value proposition to clients with confidence.
  • Draft and review legal documents in collaboration with paralegals.
  • Attend client meetings, court appearances, and engage professionally with judges, clerks, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain organized case files and adhere to internal procedures and timelines.
  • Track time and manage billables efficiently.
  • 2–5 years of experience in estate administration, probate, or elder law.
  • Excited to contribute to and grow within an established team.
  • Strong client communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with practice and case management tools. Experience with any of these is a plus: Clio Manage, Clio Grow, Clio Draft, Trello, Office Suite (PC), Westlaw, Slack, Outlook, and Zoom.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to process-driven systems.
  • Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 (based on experience and location)
