About the Role
We have immediate openings for Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on motor vehicle liability (MVA) and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiff clients in Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of pre-litigation work for automotive personal injury cases
- Guide clients through the case process with a client-focused approach
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Ensure compliance and efficiency within the pre-litigation paralegal team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
- Complete and approve cases transitioning to litigation
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar
- 2 years of pre-litigation experience
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively
- Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills
The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Competitive Salary $85,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus potential ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 or higher, based on performance metrics. Distributed quarterly, providing consistent opportunities for high-performing attorneys to maximize their earnings
