About You
You’re organized, reliable, and adaptable. You work well independently but shine in a team setting. Whether you're managing client files or prepping for a hearing, your eye for detail and compassion for others are always front and center. You take initiative, communicate with confidence, and bring a solutions-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain both digital and physical files using Filevine with precision and consistency
- Support with client communication, intake, medical records, and scheduling
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents for filing and distribution
- Anticipate attorney needs and prep materials or logistics in advance
- Manage phone support with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and meetings
- Contribute ideas and systems that improve daily workflows
- 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, ideally in personal injury
– OR – Recent college graduate with strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document systems
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, multitask-heavy environments
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and solution-driven
- A warm and empathetic communicator—both written and verbal
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience
