About the Role
As a Paralegal at Clancy & Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. You’ll support attorneys by managing drafting, document review, client communication, and case coordination—ensuring families feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, deeds, and powers of attorney
- Review and edit documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist attorneys with scheduling client meetings and communication
- Maintain and organize client files with precision and care
- Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates
- Use legal technology tools (Clio preferred) to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery

- Experienced Paralegal – You are ready to contribute immediately and collaborate effectively with attorneys with your 2 years of experience
- Estate Planning Experience – Preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $56,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience
