We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with 5-10 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities:
- Client intake and regular client communication
- Obtaining and documenting medical records
- Preparing demands and handling liens
- Requesting police reports and 911 records
- Referring clients to medical professionals as needed
- Assisting wherever needed to help clients, and our firm succeed
- 5-10 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (preferred, but not required)
Salary: $65k - $100k (commensurate with experience) with bonus potential.
