What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager - Construction position at Build Partners USA LLC?
About:
We are partnered with a General Contractor that are developing their Raleigh operations and are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager due to this growth.
They specialize in a variety of projects such as K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial and more.
This is a new division being set up by an already well-established General Contractor, you'll play an integral part in the development of this office and in turn, will open up plenty of opportunity for progression towards Project Management (and further).
Candidates from a Project Engineering background will also be considered.
Some of your duties will include:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate daily operations and communicate with teams.
- Track progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Help resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor safety and quality standards on-site.
Salary:
$80-105,000 Benefits depending on experience
Experience preferred:
Experience of working for a similar General Contractor working on ground-up or renovation projects will be considered.
Experience of K-12 or Higher Ed projects will be preferred but not essential.
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
