Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction.
- Experience working both site and office management.
- 10 years of Construction Management experience in commercial/ residential multi-family.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination: Develop schedules, budgets, and ensures all stakeholders are aligned.
- Budget Management: Oversee costs, estimates expenses, and ensures the project stays within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead the project team, ensuring clear communication and task management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resolves issues to keep the project on track.
