As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for 2x luxury custom homes in Palm Beach Florida, 9,000 sq. ft. and valued up to $40M each.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds.
- 6-10 years in a management position.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning – Develop the project scope, timeline, and strategy.
- Budget & Cost control- Manage project finances, estimates costs, and control spending.
- Risk Management – Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
- Communication & Coordination – Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Project Closure – Wrap up the project, ensuring all work is completed and approved.
