As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for an 18-block luxury senior living development of 200 units in Naples, Florida.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing ground-up residential multifamily construction.
• 10 years of proven Construction Project Management experience in commercial/residential multi-family.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and Coordination: Develops schedules, budgets, and ensures all stakeholders are aligned.
• Budget Management: Oversees costs, estimates expenses, and ensures the project stays within budget.
• Team Leadership: Leads the project team, ensuring clear communication and task management.
• Risk Management: Identifies potential risks and resolves issues to keep the project on track.
